Bold equilateral sterling silver Byzantine ornamental cross, heavily adorned with 18K gold granulation and scrolls and topped off with five faceted blue topaz stones: one square in the center and four tear drops surrounding it.
There is also a topaz on the bail. Furthermore, the bail has a secure closure and opens to accept a heavy chain (last photo).
