A large, richly carved Sterling Silver Cross with its perimeter crowned with an 18K yellow Gold channel adorned with granulation. Inside, the cross hides a compartment where something holy and dear can be kept securely close to one's heart. It is a reliquary cross. Its bail opens so it can be placed over a row of pearls or a chain with decorative elements (see last photo)
