Sterling Silver pendant, surrounded by 18K gold plated granulation, with a hand carved mother of pearl bearing the ICXO NIKA inscription, i.e., "with the sign of the cross you will win" around an Orthodox cross. Commonly referred to in Greek as a Κωνσταντινατο (Konstantinato) or "Emperor Konstantine's coin".
