If you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept a return under the following conditions:
1. A refund (or store credit, if requested) may be offered on all non-custom orders under $500 if the request for a refund is expressed within 3 days of receiving of product. For orders above $500, we offer $500 cash back and the difference in store credit (or at your request, a full store credit). Return shipping costs are paid by us when you request a Return Label.
2. Custom orders (products specially designed for you) may require non-refundable deposits. In certain cases, custom orders cannot be returned. We communicate this to you before we place the order with our supplier.
For custom orders, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Due to the artisanal nature of our jewelry, your received jewelry product may slightly differ from the jewelry in respective photographs or videos.
We are not responsible for any natural damage or inadequate care incurred by the customer, including any damage caused by water, household cleaners, perfumes, cosmetics, sprays, lotions, bleaching, heat or cold exposure, improper cleaning and storage, or general wear and tear.
