Impressive equilateral sterling silver cross with ornate 18K gold detail. The center contains the simple outline of a Greek Orthodox Cross in 18K, with a ruby in the center. This symbol is atop a background of mother of pearl. Features an openable bail with a security (last photo).
This particular cross style is that of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople (present day: Istanbul)
