Hand Knit Gold Wire Chains

Hand knit chain made of solid 18K yellow gold wire with handmade lobster claw clasp. Its Greek name is ΚΑΛΤΣΑ (pronounced: Caltsa), i.e., "sock".

This type of chain is more than 3000 years old. In Ancient Greece, it first appeared during the Geometric Period (approximately 1050 BC to 700 BC)
